If you get the “File corruption detected, Navigation stops.” message, this means that something happened to your Renaut/Dacia MediaNAV system or files. This might happen if you have used unofficial or illegal maps, copied files to the wrong directory or changed files on your navigation system. The notification means that your MediaNAV can not handle the unexpected result and this means that your navigation is not useable.
Renault offers an official fix through your dealer. You will however need to pay them a substantial amount of money to restore. Together with Renault we are able to now offer you the official files from Renault/Dacia to restore your system. The files reboot your system to an older version and place the maps of 2012 on your navigation. To use official maps you will need to put back your backup of legally purchased maps or buy new ones here:

This file is offered 1-on-1 from the servers of Renault/Dacia and has not been altered in any way by Menaco. The file also resides on the servers of Renault/Dacia. If you notice that the download is not available or have trouble downloading, please let us know. The file is around 2GB and you need to reserver +/- 1 hour to do a full restore.
