navitel wont open nm7 maps

Navitel wont open nm7 maps only nm2 which are old ones . any advice how to update navitel or convert maps to nm2 ? i only bought it for the navigation and sadly its too outdated
and as a plus video player wont play video only sound is heard . im really thinking of asking for a refund
