Help about screen mirroring

Hello,
I followed the instructions to use screen mirroring.

I bought an USB hub, I installed the application (it works fine with my computer) on my smartphone.
When I select the screen mirroring button on mecano menu, I have only a dark screen !
Nothing else.

My smartphones : Galaxy A50 (Android 9) / Galaxy S7 Edge (Android 8)
Menaco version : 9.1.3.3

Connect your mobile device to MediaNAV using Bluetooth (this is for the audio) -> OK
Connect your mobile device to MediaNAV using USB cable (through USB hub, because USB disk containing Menaco needs to stay connected aswell) -> OK
Enable USB tethering on you Android device -> OK (I have a message that indicates my smartphone is not compatible with the device !)
When this is done, the internet indicator in Menaco will light up green -> KO
Start the app “Screen Stream“ -> OK
Go to ‘settings’ in the app clicking the hamburger menu in the top left -> OK
Disable phone sleep mode, to prevent auto standby -> OK
Turn your phone in portrait mode -> OK
Click button “Start stream” in the app -> OK
Press button in Menaco menu to start the mirroring -> dark screen

turn on usb tethering on your phone...i did...it worked

I have a message that indicates my smartphone is not compatible with the device ! I tried with a Samsung Galaxy A50 and a Motorola G4.

I do not understand because screen mirroring works with my PC with a wireless connexion.

Do you have a screen shot to show me ?
