Hi, I want a refund. the navigation that i bought it for, does not work. nothing happens when i try to get a route.

Same happens when I try 7ways, but Navitel is working

what version and did you install newest maps? Does it get your GPS position? Does it show streets?

Hi, my menaco doesn't work properly in my country mauritius( no maps etc) and i am not satisfied at all, so I would like to get a full refund. how can I get it? I prefer to use the original firmware which i hope i can revert back

Use the Renault media nav software to make sure you have the latest version before using mena.co

Menaco I also do not like that my postings, which you indicated deficiency , have been removed.
This speaks for itself already .

I post it here again , there are enough people where it does not work .
So you reasoning I have not followed the instructions , is incorrect.
Just as you answer via PayPal , there are 0 people where it does not work .
Then read but the refund here .
so I ask it again here , pay my € 55.00 back!

Hi! I bought Mena.co for my parents' car, especially for the alternative navigation apps. But the alternative apps are very confusing for them and very hard to set up, and especially they don't support other languages than english and russian. I don't have other technical problems with it, 7ways is working OK, but it seems a bit laggy. I will return to the original navigation app, because it's easier to use for my parents.

I would like to get a refund. I payed with PayPal. Didn't started a refund on PayPal yet, hopefully we can resolve this reasonably.
