this maybe a silly question, but when i press the navigation or map button i get 4 icons in the middle of the screen.

top left 7 ways
top right navitel
bottom left media player
bottom right ?

what is this, and how to i change it from russian to english

It depends, you can put any software you want there. I think normally this is Progorod or Total Commander?
