Impossible Uninstall Menaco 4.0.6.5

Hi, I need some help.
I have a Medianav (MN1) version 4.0.6 I bought Menaco and upgrade to version 4.0.6.5 Menaco.
To make the OBD software more stable and without crash I copied some files into the storage card and storage card 4 of the Medianav.
Now I want to uninstall Menaco to have an original Medianav, what should I do?

1. I downloaded and executed the file instructions (2015_04_07_4_0_5_recovery.zip) to bring the medianav back to the original state but it does not work.

2. I tried using the Dacia toolbox but it does not work.

3. I tried to erase Menaco files and folders in the storage card and storage card 4 through the Total Commander, but when the Medianav is restarted, the files are there and do not delete them.

4. I tried logging on to Windows CE and deleted the Menaco files and files but rebooting the Medianav all back as it was.

5. I tried to plug in any type of .lgu file via USB that would allow me to downgrade but nothing works.

I currently have the version 4.0.6.5 Menaco I can not uninstall.

I think I need a file that uninstall Menaco by going to format the medianav storage media drives.
Does anyone know how to help me?

Small clarification, at step 1 the .lgu file is not read. the system does not see any files inside the USB.
Other files such as navigation_restore_fat32.lgu are read but the upgrade progress bar does not even start after 1 hour.

why you want to remove the menaco software ? try reinstallation of same again

How do you uninstall your software again?
It is not very friendly to just say nothing.

Hi there, sorry for the late reply. There are several possible reasons, but it really depends on what you copied to what location. It is possible that the file system was corrupted because of alien files in wrong places .

Could you please tell us what you copied to where? Worst case scenario: you can go to your dealer and say it is broken, they will force flash a new version

Hello, I need to completely remove Menaco from my Captur system and revert back to the original system. It is only fair that I know how to to this since I paid for the software !
