No Camera Icon showing after successful Software download 4.0.6.7n

Hi, We just installed the software 4.0.6.7n and we are facing a problem! The Icons do not show up on the headunit, so we cannot activate the camera. Can you please help us out? Software has been successfully downloaded and installed. Previous software was 4.03
