internet USB stick

Hello,

I've now been waiting for 3 weeks for the internet USB stick to arrive. Does anyone know how long it should take? I'm thinking of cancelling my order, asking for my money back and getting one from Amazon instead if it doesn't arrive soon. I've emailed Mena.co and received no response.
