How to Install on 7.8.3 kia sportage 2011 PLEASE HELP ???


Hello !! FIRST SORRY FOR MY BAD ENGLISH; I TRIED TO INSTALL AFTER BUY THE PRODUCT But THE SYSTEM DONT WORK BECAUSE MY SYSTEM VERSION IS 7.8.3 , i have a kia sportage 2011 in your homepage was written:

Check which version is installed. How to check:

Turn on the navigation system
Wait until system is fully loaded
Press and hold for 10 seconds the button with gear-key on homepage
NOTE: If your car is from 2010/2011, the button will say “Setup”
You will see a window with the version of your firmware. It must be 7.4.5, 7.5.8 or higher.


my version is higher than 7.5.8 i thinks its work but on my car he chekcks only to 7.7.4 and says not available!

please help to fix the problem. some user say i must downgrade to 7.7.4 but i dont Know is it possible to downgrade and were can i find the file maybe you have the file for 7.8.3 PLEASE HELP THANKS !!!
