Not working after installation

Dear,
I installed the version 1.0 in my Tucson 2016 without problems.
I activated the firmware with the file menaco.lic and now I see the menaco menu after push the Nav button, as wrote in the manual.
But I found a problem: when I tap any of the 6 buttons in the menaco menu nothing happens.

This is the screen that I see:

In the blue up bar, there are 2 buttons (nextgen and cityguide) that should not be there.

What can I do to fix this problem?
