Upgrade from rc20 to rc21 Kia sportage 2016

I have problem with upgrade my navi software from rc20 to rc21 Kia sportage 2016. I downloaded version 1.0.8. for 20.178 and i installed, but I still see version rc20. Therfore i have question: How Can i upgrade my navi. May be it is impossible. :idea:
