ix 35 2012 problem installation

Followed instuctions to install, received message finished early. Firmware is 7.94, on the installation page number 1 it clearly states for firmware 7.45 and higher. I now have a product I cannot use I cannot downgrade so it is useless. is the a fix coming soon or will i be refunded for purchase

Could you please format USB drive and try full reinstall?

Have tried above still not working, have sent error log to you. will not downgrade so when will there be a fix for firmware 7.94. Failing that can I have a refund as this does not run on my car
