Can't set route Hyundai i30 (2012)

Hi, I am looking for help, my factory navigation has stopped counting the route. When I set destination, they count and next show me this notification:

"Route planning has been interrupted.
The system has not found a route to the chosen destination! "


I have all maps
Delete Navi_conf.ini in Storage3? In LGENav?
