Reinstall Menavrus/Menaco Software

Hi.
I acquired Menavrus in February 2014 and I installed it in Medianav on Dacia Logan.
Later I received an email from menavrus with an update that I have installed.
Then the system did not function anymore.
I tried to contact the team Menavrus many times without success.
I restore the Medianav system to its previous condition in one Dacia service.
Now I want to reinstall the system again menavrus / menaco but I will not longer pay same service again.
Can you help me?

If you have same device (not replaced), you can use your old menavrus.lic file as valid license for new version.
